2 GPU functionality with RTX4000

Hello,

I am testing a new work from home setup.
Work PC 16 Core Threadripper with 2 Quadro RTX4000 connected with 1 4k monitor

Home PC - Mac connected to work PC with Parsec

Problem 1 - with Parsec and OBS using the encoder. My Nvidia quadro encoder is at 99%

Problem 2- my GPU is at 80%

Problem 3 - I added a 2nd Quadro card and can't get obs to recognize it.

I want to encode OBS with 1 GPU and Parsec with another GPU

I am also wondering if it is possible to load balance the GPU somehow?
