2 Elgato Cards in OBS (not working)

Hi there to people
i have recently bought an HD60 card to use it for my 2nd Cam in OBS, along with my 1st Cam which works through the older Elgato Game Capture HD card.
My problem is that when i create my 2nd scene and ad the video capture device i don't see the HD60 option,but only The Elgato Game Capture HD option,and even if ii see them both in the Elgato software(Latest version),and have vision from both of them in there,I cant see them both in OBS(latest version too).....
I have read many threads and posts around i even tried to install the Beta version of Elgato Software suggested by someone,tried some tweek's in the software but nothing worked so far and cant see how this can work but i know it does somehow
Any help/suggestions please would be highly appreciated
My system is a HP ellitebook-Win10home.....i7-16Gb Ram-Ssd -Nividia K1000m

check it with :
every tree is an usb root hub

connect the HD pro to an USB2root HUB
and your HD60/s to an USB3root hub !

Hi again and thanks for yr reply
After following yr advice I find out that my laptop has only one usb 3.0
So....what can I do ?

I do have a docking station yes, any suggestions? Before i give it a try?

I did put them in usb 2 and 3 both and even simultaneously in usb 2 and 3 but no success
My only last hope is to try in my tower pc which will do tomorrow and update the forum for the outcome
