2 Cameras, 1 no audio

Good day,
I have recently downloaded OBS and successfully connected (audio and video via Elgato CamLink 4K), my Canon Vixia HF R800, but when I try to connect my Canon T7i/800d, I cannot see any audio running into OBS (video shows fine). The camera displays audio going in, but nothing shows in OBS.

EDIT: Just realized that the last sentence was confusing...The camera's DISPLAY shows that there is audio, but OBS shows no readings on audio meters.

is the cam output live audio ????

On the T7i, I presume?
