I believe this is a limitation of the Logitech drivers. I'm not sure there's much you can do about it. I would suggest contacting Logitech and asking them how you can use two of the same camera model at once.
I tried in obs classic and it works, but in obs classic the second c920 device have [2] on the name, in OBS studio two webcam device have the same name
