1FPS and GPU overload as soon as I launch a stream on AMD RX 7800XT

Hello,

I have an issue with my OBS. When I launch the app, it takes a normal 0.6% of my GPU power but as soon as I launch a stream it goes up to 70% and more, which makes it impossible to use as I would have 1fps on even the lightest of games.

I tried changing the encoder from AMD HW H.264 to x264 and while the high GPU usage is fixed, I still have 1Fps and lag on my games.

Next to my mouse can be seen the blue loading circle as soon as I launch a game circling erratically without stopping which is also weird.

This issue is quite new as two or three weeks ago, I was able to stream normally. I tried to uninstall my GPU driver with DDU and to reinstall it, tried to uninstall OBS and reinstall it, tried Streamlabs OBS but same issue. Nothing seems to work.

If anyone could help, I would be most grateful

My specs :
- CPU : AMD Ryzen 7 7700x
- GPU : RX 7800 XT

The log file is cut short and have no output session. A log file with an active session is needed.

Before you upload the log file you should stop the stream so all the data is posted on the log file.

Anyways, take a look at the analyzer and follow directions and recommendations you'll see in it.

Summarizing:
Disable HAGS
Set the bitrate to 6000
Run OBS as admin

Make sure you have the latest GPU driver, unless there's a known issue for streaming. Do not trust on Windows Update because it installs an older version.

Anything below 90 quality is bad and most probably an issue on your ISP. The closest servers to you should always be 100 quality.

And of course there are some apps that causes conflicts with OBS:
