hello i've recently starting to stream on twitch. during daytime when i stream i have no problem with obs. but in the night during 09.00 pm to 12.00 pm upload usage limits itself between 0 kbps - 2mbps. i've made some search about this issue and i found out my 1935 port is closed. i even called my isp technician to connect my pc. he resetted my modem. and tried to activate my port but it still looks like inactive. is there any way for me to open it? im having symmetric internet 10mbps upload and download.
1935 port is not open. help me to activate it for running obs

Whatever your issue is, it is not that port being closed. It doesn't get suddenly closed only at evening. If your streaming works at daytime, but not at night, your stream setup in general works, because if it had any issues, you would not be able to stream at all, not even at daytime.
Your issue is with network bandwidth. The time (evening) is the peak usage time, where everyone uses the internet after work for surfing, gaming and movie streaming, so your issue is with your internet provider not providing enough bandwidth during peak time. Call your internet provider, but not for some port, but for bandwidth issues during evening.

hello sir first of all thank you for replying me back. during evening when i test internet my speed everything is normal. both download and upload works perfectly. only with the obs at those time i have streaming problem. i didnt have any problem with ping or downloading any file or watching video etc. only with obs.. i wonder why is this happening? if the problem is not the port.. then what is my real problem? what do you think?
