Question / Help 1920x1200 recording res help, get rid of letter boxes

the monitor i play i on is set to 1920x1200, and i have the same input, and output resolution set in OBS, and for a reason i cant seem to find, each recoding comes out letter boxed, the 2 black boxes of ether side of a video. is there a setting im missing/ a way to correct this?

2: How are you testing your recordings? Where are you seeing black bars?

1920x1200 is not a 16:9 resolution, which almost all streaming services are catered toward.
