Bug Report 19.0.2 crashing after upgrade

I just upgraded OBS, running on Windows 10.

I can start it up, I can go and change settings. But simply trying to change a scene collection, or even just clicking the X to close the program, sends it into a not responding mode and I have to click X again to get it to get the dialog to force close it.

I've uploaded a few log files but they're really all the same

How can I go to a previous version if I can't get 19.0.2 to work?

None of those are crash logs.

Are you getting an "Oops! OBS has crashed." message?

However, I see that you have a media source with a network input (rtsp feed, probably an IP camera?)

There's a known bug where if the feed is not active, it can cause OBS to freeze.

Oh! that makes sense, I have one collection setup with a network feed, and at the moment it's not active.

But my problem is that I'm attempting to change to a feed that IS active, and it's impossible for me to do so. OBS is starting up with the last used setting which is the network feed, and I'm not able to change to the other feed.

Thanks. I guess my problem is not a crash, but the "freeze" mentioned above given that at the moment my network feed isn't active.

How can I get around this freeze? I'm just trying to switch to another feed by selecting a different scene collection, but OBS will freeze up and doesn't allow me to switch. So I'm completely stuck at the moment
