$18 Capture Card not recognised by OBS

It is a cheap, no branded, $18 capture card by some chinese company from amazon.

OBS Studio v27.0.1 only supports DirectShow compatible capture devices (and some Blackmagic Design devices like “UltraStudio”, “DeckLink” and “Intensity” lines)
