1440p stream

Hey OBS Fam,
I stream on my YT channel at 1440p 60FPS with a bitrate of 20,000 Kbps with NVENC and CPU combined. I have a 19 14900k, i want to stream only with my cpu's encoder, as my NVENC is recording my gameplay footage at 4k, whole i am also playing at 4k, streaming at 1440p, really makes everything very gpu intensive although i own a 3090ti, my question is if i could have a smooth and stable stream at 1440p with only my cpu's encoder and if yes, would be the best settings, without diminishes the quality of my stream. to make it even more simpler i want the streaming to be done with my CPU only.

My QSV 1080p settings, they work all the way up to 4k. Adjust bit-rate & B Frames as needed, no more than 2. The UHD 770 can encode multiple encodes concurrently. Play around with it.

Can you tell me what is quicksync and how do I get it ? Would it be only CPU specific ? Also my cpu is good enough to stream in 1440p with 60 fps ?

QSV = on board UHD 770 iGPU, included with your CPU. If it's been activated in BIOS, the QSV H264 & H265 encoders are available in OBS. If you can't select them as your encoder, it's been left disabled.

Oh i get it, hope the iGPU won't conflict with the my dedicated gpu. As i edit videos on Adobe Premiere Pro, I know it uses both the gpu and cpu for editing.
