**TL:DR: I get Stutter on stream(Not buffer) when my in-game fps is 120fps, but not when its 60fps. My PC is not running 100% usage, when I play with the 120fps. So whats the problem? Can there be done anything?**

Hey!

So I started streaming a bit again and I have since last time gotten myself a brand new gfx card, a 980Ti, which makes The Division look amazing! Currently I have lowered my settings a bit, because a recent patch kinda suddenly demanded so much more CPU power than it did before.
First when I looked at starting to stream again, I instantly though, "No, not going to happen!" Because my CPU goes to 80-90%ish sometimes during gameplay, I play with a 120Hz monitor with 120 FPS cap and with current settings, I can almost contain that, but there is drops to 100ish and VERY rarely below 90! (I will give PC specs at bottom.) But then I remembered that there is this thing called ShadowPlay and that it all was run through the GPU with minimal impact on gameplay! I also found out that OBS can run as it was shadowplay, by just changing encoding to NVENC! Great lets go, should be cake for a 980Ti!

So I have setup OBS with finding the best twitch server through a small jitter program, I have it currently set to 2500bit rate,(didnt touch it) had my friend watch it and he rarely had the buffer out(did happen more than expected though, so might have to lower bit rate a bit, thinking 2200ish was what I ran before.) I played around with 30- and 60FPS on the stream and it didn’t cause any issues either, no extra buffer and no impact on my ingame experience, so stayed with 60fps.

Now the problem comes! I enjoy 120FPS running together with the 120hz, even if it can't be maintained, it still runs A LOT smoother than locking the in-game FPS to 60. I notice the difference instantly and it just bugs me out. But for me to have a stream that don't stutter(Not talking about buffering), I have to put the in-game fps cap to 60fps! Even though my pc is not capped out in usage! I have lowered graphic demands so that puts a little more usage on CPU and lowers the GPU usage, so GPU should have enough space to also handle the encoding! Is there anything I can do to make this problem go away, so I can play with 120fps, while streaming?

* **PC Specs**
* My Connection: http://i.imgur.com/WX6kE7e.png (If I speedtest twitch server locations, my ms goes to about 30ish and download/upload stays the same)
* CPU: i7 4770K @ 4.2Ghz
* GPU: EVGA 980Ti Hybrid
* MotherBoard: ASUS MAXIMUS VII RANGER
* RAM: Crucial Ballistix Tactical 16GB (2 x 8GB)

I constantly monitor my system on my second screen and throttling issues dont exist, when my GPU is pushed 100% through Uningine/3Dmark, the max temps I have seen have been 51C while maintaining a constant 1380mhz on core and 7050mhz on Vram, which I could see in afterburner(Standard clocks). My CPU MAX through AIDA64 was 62C.

Sorry for the long post, but hopefully some will take the challenge! (Might be bad grammar, I am not English!)

I will post a log as soon as I get home!
