I record a copy of my stream alongside to edit out highlights afterwards. I have noticed both timeline and playback is very choppy in Adobe Premiere CC, however when pulling in 4K footage recorded with shadowplay, I can scrub through faster and in FULL resolution and playback without issue.
I have a I7 9700K @ 5.1Ghz across all 8 cores.
RTX 2080Ti @ 2000Mhz
Samsung 850 Evo SSD
16GB DDR4 3000Mhz Ram all but 3gb dedicated to Adobe.
Anyone had this issue or have any insight into why this might be?
