Question / Help 1080p and less

Hey guys,

I have a problem with OBS. (At least I guess its a OBS Problem)

Mostly every option is perfect, just the thing that my Stream only can play 1080p 60FPS at Twitch. Also always only that resolution I say in the option! So if my viewers have a bad internet they cant watch my stream because they only can watch the stream on 1080p60.

Is there any option where I can say its possible to watch it in 480p60 as well?
