1080p 60fps Pixelation

Hello. I'm using my laptop for streaming. I have a different computer for gaming. But I am facing the problem of excessive pixelation in 1080p 60fps stream. I can't get past this.
Streaming laptop: gtx 1050ti graphics card and i7 7700hq processor.
Upload: 7.6Mbps

I'm thinking of streaming via my graphic card. Usage is around 20%-30%.
I use elgato for game capture.
I tried up to 6000 bitrate, the problem was not solved.

My video recordings are lossless with the same settings.

low quality stream

i have a quality problem with my stream. I would like it to be better quality than it is now. i have a 3060 graphics card, and 1000/500 mbit internet. you can see the quality at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iTsCH39oiyg what settings can i be tweeking?

The bitrate is too low. up to 8 mbps is only enough for old games and low motion.

lower your bitrate, your upload speed is not sufficient for 6000 bps. at best yours should be set to 2500-3000.

So it is not possible for me to streaming 1080p 60fps. It is a very sad situation. The videos I watched were saying that my upload speed was sufficient :)
