I recently invested into a 1080p monitor because my old one (1366x768) had broken. I hooked it all up and was greeted with glorious full HD. I was also greeted with a problem with my OBS Studio. I will record my games (CS:GO normally) and get about 120-150 fps average, but when I check the file I recorded, the video stutters every few seconds, even though the quality is still very good. You can check my logs below for my PC components, please leave any advice down below!
Edit: I forgot to include I'm using Windows 7
Edit #2: I forgot to include that I have tested whether it's a problem with my HDD by recording to my SSD, to no avail, and that I'm recording at 60 fps
