Question / Help 1080/60fps no longer an option

So I have been running the Logitech Brio on two different computers @ 1080p/60pfs with no issues until today. I noticed today that OBS output looked like it was back at 30fps and sure enough it was. In OBS on both machines (both running Windows 10 with the most current updates and OBS latest version) THE MAX resolution I can now select is 1080p/30fps.
I ran OBS on my IMAC to see if it was a camera/OBS issue and on OSX all the available BRIO resolutions were available to select, which leads me to think it is a Windows issue. If anyone can shed light on what may be going on or a solution I would greatly appreciate it.

So I may have found the issue but no sure how to fix it. I plugged the Brio into a laptop and that I had not done an update for the Logitech windows drivers and ALL the resolutions were available in OBS. So i went into device manager and forced it to look for an update via windows update and once windows installed LOGITECH UPDATE 5/16/2017 1.2.75.19
is when the resolution has capped at 1080/30. Any idea how to roll this particular windows update back?

same issue here, have you figured it out yet? Not sure if I downloaded a patch to screw it up but I know mine was 1080p 60fps at one time on this desktop.. I made sure of it ... But now its not .. its saying 30-autoselect... My laptop lets it hit 60 tho .. wtf?

Same issue, has anyone found a fix? The max fps at 1080p I can select is "match output fps(autoselect 30)"
