Question / Help 100% dropping frames

So ive been streaming for years with the same pc, same internet connection and i can stream with 1080p at 3000birate. Suddenly this lag start to happened 2 days ago and i don't know what to do about it....

Hi,

checking the log you are showing

09:43:05.041: Output 'adv_stream': Number of dropped frames due to insufficient bandwidth/connection stalls: 545 (79.2%)

this is I expect related to the wifi connection you have its either to weak or poor signal. If that is fine then look at running a twtich bandwith tool test to find the correct server to stream to, but tbh it will be the wifi, a cat 5 is always >
