Bug Report 10 core CPU cannot stream War Thunder

Hello and thank you in advance for your help.

My issue is specifically when playing/streaming only the game, "War Thunder" the stream will be perfect without issue. Within 2-9 minutes, strange frame drops, lag and the game being completely unplayable all occur. My stream text/alerts music all work perfectly - only the game goes haywire.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game.

I always start OBS as administrator

I actually bought some software to optimize CPU Affinity. This helped, but was really unnecessary. I have a 6950X CPU

I had my ISP come out and actually witness the stream in real-time and three times in a row, the persistent problem predictably occurred each time. They had no idea how to troubleshoot this issue- my connection is Gigiabit and functioning correctly. My internet speeds are constant and more than adequate.

I have posted other log files tracking down issues like disabling SLI. Done.

I also uninstalled my Personify Chroma app for my Webcam.

I have tweaked and reset my settings all over the place adjusting bandwidth, encoding presets, you name it. Problem persists.

I have played streams for several hours with other graphics intensive games like PlayerUnknown Battlegrounds, Witcher 3, Battlefield 1 and countless others without issue. What is the deal with War Thunder specifically?

This problem occurs only with War Thunder. I contacted War Thunder developer, "Gaijin" and was offered a few suggestions. One was "In order to allow other software to operate normally, hooks:b=yes must be added to the start of the config.blk"

I added this line into the config file. The issue still persists.

I disable my Avast Premium Antivirus software during gaming sessions. no fix.

I removed som IOBit System Care software. That's not it either.

I think a dual PC streaming solution is the only way to go - but this CPU should handle this game!

I have no earthly idea what this issue is. Can someone please provide some input?

Many thanks again.

Are you running without vsync? The only thing I see in the log is some minor GPU overload.
