Question / Help 10-13 Frames in-game. Only happens while using OBS Studio

Hello, I have been trying to record Minecraft Tekkit Classic and whenever i try to record it i get about 10-13 frames in the game while using obs. Here is my Settings

Recording Format: mp4
Encoder x264
Rate Control: CBR
BitRate: 3500
Keyframe Interval: 0
CPU Usage: Veryfast

Base Resolution 1920x1080
Output Resolution: 1280x720
Downscale Filter: Lanczos

If you know any way to fix it i would like to hear it.

Post your obs log before we go any further.

And we strongly do NOT recommend saving directly to mp4.
