Hello OBS Forum,
so I have going to live stream an even which has a setup 3-4 scenes
scene 1 is of 3 cameras connect to the laptop using an HDMI Multiview Switch,
scene 2 - 4 are various media sources (video clips)
and one microphone.
Could anyone suggest to me how i can keep the audio from the microphone to be the same for all scenes
because when i use the scene 1 and switch cameras the audio stops from the cameras

thank you for help in advance

You could add the cameras as Audio Input Capture sources if they show up as a dedicated audio device, and add those to the other scenes.
Simplest would be to just add the cameras to the other scenes and hide them behind other sources, so they stay active even if they aren't visible.

Thank you sir. I will give it a try.

The main issue is that since the cameras are connected to the HDMI Multiview switch then to the laptop, so all the cameras are on one scene and i just switch the video from the HDMI switch so say if the audio is from camera one and i switch to camera 2 and i have the audio for camera 2 switched off, there is no sound when i want the sound to be of camera 1

Unfortunately OBS can do nothing about that; if no audio is provided, there's nothing to record. You will need to look at your HDMI switching hardware's manual or reach out to the hardware manufacturer to see if there is a workaround.

Or run an independent mic. Which is absolutely the better option... most on/in-camera microphones are pretty garbage.

If you REALLY want/need to use the audio from that camera's mic, you can look into an HDMI Audio Extractor, and run that audio into the laptop. They generally aren't cheap though, as it tends to be very niche.
