HI HELLO, FIRSTLY THANK YOU FOR TAKING TIME TO READ AND POSSIBLE HELP ME <3

backstory

so recently, two nights ago i was about to to stream. tried opening obs class, got a parsing x file error. mise as well go to studio since it has caught up to classic. i was just so used to classic, i never made the switch yet. i tried matching all my settings from classic to studio.

storytime
below is my logfile. i am not very good at reading these but, it does say majority of my frames dropped was due to network issues. i did not have this problem with classic so it leads me to believe there is possible software issues? either with my drivers or something.

i do have the x99 asus ii motherboard in which it comes with this cFos speed network program that monitors my network and betters my connection some how. listing everything that might be a factor just to paint the bigger picture so people know what im working with.

in classic, my streams would spike intermittently. i would drop crazy frames for 2-3 minutes but then stream would come back. viewers perspective was about 1-5fps. would happen once or twice "ish" during a stream.so classic was doable, i could say it will get better. but this is constant frame drop 1% over the course of an entire stream. last night, frames skipped as i got the game winning sniper shot in h1z1 for first place with 14 kills. everybody missed it. i had to use my recording to show. it was a buzzkill to say the least haha.

bottom line, im a perfectionist and have a very high standard for quality. trying to fix this. any help i would be very thankful for. if i did not include a piece of information, please ask. i will keep a close eye on thread and get requested info as quick as possible.

04:11:11.464: Output 'adv_stream': Total encoded frames: 896315
04:11:11.464: Output 'adv_stream': Total drawn frames: 896315
04:11:11.464: Output 'adv_stream': Number of lagged frames due to rendering lag/stalls: 164 (0.0%)
04:11:11.464: Output 'adv_stream': Number of dropped frames due to insufficient bandwidth/connection stalls: 8985 (1.0%)

*all my drivers are up to date.
*i have no window updates.
*ive reset my modem and my stream key.
*if i lower my bitrate extremely, same frame loss occurs.

here is my log of last nights stream: https://gist.github.com/anonymous/2d7b0e63e1ccda75609cf50f48e38e78

Miami and new york are slightly better for you than ashburn.
i have troubleshooted with other servers as well. :( i live in green bay wisconsin, in which obviously chicago is closest but. chicago was awful for me so. ive always used ashburn and it has been good to me. is there any thing different between classic and studio that would cause frame drop? the way it is sent? sounds silly. what boggles me is that it works on classic, but does not on studio.

You don't choose servers based on how close they are to you. You choose based on how good their connection is.

Studio has a more accurate showing of dropped frames, meaning when classic SHOULD have showed you something, it didnt.

agreed. ashburn has always been good for me. and ashburn is pretty close to the rest stats wise. i always feared using new york because of the population and possibly congestion at times. i will commit to a certain server for a few days to experiment.

thank you for the insight. ive watched passed broadcasts when i use classic, and streams are clean for the most part (besides the intermittent spikes). but with studio i can see the frames drop here and there throughout a game.

if i go from 1000bits to 3500bits there is still frame loss. i think i will uninstall all drivers and studio. and reinstall. hopefully this fixes? fingers crossed.

Please let me know if you find a fix with this because i am having the same problem and have called my isp multiple times trying to get it fixed.
