1 FPS oculus quest 2 beat saber

I've tried everything i can think of. I am getting very slow frames from my quest 2.

Please help. I have attached the log file. I can see " [VIDEO_DIMENSION] width 3840 height 1080", but i dont know how to change it. Honestly my graphics card should be able to handle it.

I should have mentioned, this happens when just trying to view it in the obs viewer. I'm not trying to stream or record.

Please help.
