Question / Help 1.3% Frame drop issue

Hello there I have been attempting to stream through RTMP from my gaming PC to another and for the most part this works fine. But theres a consistent 1.3% frame drop on my streaming PC and I have messed with multiple settings etc.... I will include the log files for those that need to see them right away but Im very confused on why this is happening. Streaming PC is an i5 with Intel HD 530 16GB RAM and used to stream CSGO and play at the same time very smoothly. My gaming PC is much better spec, TY in advance

Framedrops are a pure network issue, looks like your connection cannot sustain 3500 bitrate.

I have 10MB Upload and I like I said I streamed CSGO on this PC when it was my only PC just fine with the same settings except 1 step lower CPU usage preset, I don't see how 3500 bitrate would be a problem now but I will try lowering it I guess

AM I maybe bottlenecking myself by doing this method of streaming, Also I'm going to test it for an hour or 2 with 2500 bitrate and see what that does EDIT: I have also added run as admin option just to help see as it can't hurt anything to have it True
