From your log:
22:00:53.854: error: EncodePicture failed!: unsupported param (12)
22:00:53.855: [NVENC encoder: 'streaming_h264'] nvenc_encode: Error encoding: Function not implemented
22:00:53.946: Error encoding with encoder 'streaming_h264'

Your log shows that you're selecting unsupported settings for NVENC. Some of those settings aren't advised for streaming anyway (the recommended profile is "main", at most "high"; level should generally be "auto"). However, your CPU should be able to handle x264 for streaming which will most likely produce better quality. I'd recommend switching your streaming encoder to x264.

Alright thanks! Put the profile to "Main" from "High" and it works again!
