Question / Help 0 kb/s - 30 kb/s while streaming.

So like the tilte says. This been going on for like 3 weeks.

Usually speedtest is 80/80
My ISP are working on some fixes on the fiber ''sentrals'' or wtf its called, upgrading them.
but still. this connection should still be able to deliver.

Please help, I wanna stream xd

I have not changed settings or anything from earlier. It has been working fine until the last 3 weeks. So I dont think its any of the settings...
