Hey,
I have tried streaming numerous times but always same problem.. This problem mainly occurred with Overwatch and Bland and Soul currently running B&S between 100-120fps and quite high settings and Overwatch 144fps+. No idea if in game settings have anything to do with it, I have tried turning them down as well but that didn't help either.
The stream is fine until I get into 'action' in game... Whenever there is a lot of particles flying around it seems to start breaking. In video below you can see what im talking about. First half of video is shocking then its fine ish... I have no idea what could be causing this..
As I said in title I have 0 dropped frames, no high encoding CPU warnings.

I have noticed this started happening when I get my Asus ROG Swift 1440p 27" monitor but not sure how those two can be linked.
I do have down scaling set up to 1920*1080, 30fps, 3000 - 3500 bit rate (tested few bit rates the video was at 3500 bit rate + log attached), Encoder Software (x264), down-scaling filter 32 samples (tried 16 too but still happens)
My rig:
CPU: i5-6600K 3.5GHz
GPU: GTX 1080
Ram: 32GB
OS: windowns 10
250GB SSD
Today I tried to go down to 720p and downscale even further to 1280*720 @60fps 2500 bit rate and this was the outcome:

Can anyone spot what im doing wrong? or what would help me out? any recommended settings? I have honestly no idea what else to try :(
