This implements a major change to how streams shut down. Streams should hopefully no longer freeze on shutdown. Needs testing! Please test. I would be happy if you tested. Testing is the future fellow citizens!

Wow, no replies? Must be a good build @Jim :D @jackun has merged this build to which I haven't had any issues with his build besides when you attempt to close (using the X) it pops up with a message about clearing buffer or something? The problem is, either button closes the OBS.
