Anyway, there are few possible solutions for Chrome browser (it is chrome://discards and extension "Always active Window"; global priority/throttling for the rendering process of the web pages is controlled via the --disable-renderer-backgrounding command line key; each method has its use case, so it is not wise to use all simultaneously):
