Bug Report ❗❗ OBS Studio 0.16.2 - Drop 80% frames and upload to 100kb - Only for Quick Sync users ?

I did a search and found several users encoder Quick Sync with the same problem, I'm suffering from it too, I returned to 0.15.4 version and I'm running tests until then remains running and working.

Someone with the same problem?


I tested in various ways using various encoders and even on facebook, but the quick sync remains in error...
