Check the running processes.
pslist from https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/downloads/pslist
is good tool for that.
If You see process:
obs-amf-test
(For older versions like 26.1.1: enc-amf-test64)
kill it with pskill.
If «OBS Studio» appears, You have AMD hardware problems. If You have no any piece of AMD hardware, the solution is to delete
appropriate files from «OBS Studio» installation directory. You have to delete:
.\obs-studio\bin\64bit\obs-amf-test.exe
.\obs-studio\bin\64bit\obs-amf-test.pdb
.\obs-studio\obs-plugins\64bit\enc-amf.dll
.\obs-studio\obs-plugins\64bit\enc-amf.pdb
And check the installed but hidden Windows drivers.
