webcam causes lag

I got the EMEET 4k webcam and since I've been using it, certain games such as fortnite experience stream lag as soon as I turn the webcam on. To note, the game itself does not lag, just the stream on Twitch through OBS. I get the encoder overloaded message whether i experience this lag or not...
