    Question / Help Picture in VLC not in OBS

    So I read as many forums as I could before Posting. I have a Network Stream set up in VLC (192.168.1.65:554 with a Hik Vision Ip Cam). I added a VLC Video Source with Add Path/URL as the same address( 192.168.1.65:554) I get a black screen in OBS. OBS is 64 bit as well as VLC. Any suggestions?
