virtual cam - el capitan

I'm trying to mess around in El Capitan to get OBS VIrtual Cam to work. No matter what version or what amount of uninstalling or reinstalling I do, I can't get OBS Virtual Cam to show up in the tools menu. The culprit, it seems right now, is that the QTWidgets framework is version 5.10.0 and...
