stream poor quality 15k bitrate , max qual , 1920x1080
Hi Can anyone tell me why when I make an obs recording, it looks impeccable, with 15,000 bitrate, and when I livestream with 15,000 bitrate, max quality as in filming it looks miserable? can someone help me ?
