stream lagging

I have an 150 Mbps internet connection, with upload speed around 130-140 mbps. But I am not able to stream GTA 5 online, you can see the OBS studio is not taking much network speed in the bottom right corner and Youtube is not receiving enough data as well, I have Lenovo Legion 5 Ryzen 5 4600h...
