still showing after reinstall

    Help me, Showing "OBS is already running in background"..

    When I clicked on "Stop recording", but it is showing "Stopping recording" for 17-18 minutes. I closed the window and opened again but now it is showing "OBS is already running", getting an option for "Launch Anyway". i tried 5-7 times but still showing same window. So I restarted my PC then...
