skip scene

I have 13 webcam scenes rotating on 10 second intervals using advanced switcher. When a webcam goes down, I want the switcher to skip the scene. OBS defaults to black for those 10 seconds. I wish for it to detect the no signal or black scene and skip it. I am at my wits end trying...
