OBS screen capture is lagging

screen capture lagging
hey im really new to obs studio and im having problems with the screen capture when ive exported the capture it was lagging so badly anyways heres the details of my laptop if needed; it has 4 gb of ram (dont ask why) the laptop is windows 10- yukorii
