scene 1 and scene2

How do I get a scene to mute so it doesn't bleed into another when I switch to another scene like for example scene 1 has no audio but scene 2 does and you can hear it from other scenes

I want using the same video capture device to scene1 and scene2. But I add the video capture device to any of them, and then I cannot add the same device to the other scene. What is problem? The previous OBS version was able to add the same video capture device to scene1 and scene2 together. How...
