safe mode crashes

So like, i've did not open obs like in two months, now i wanted to record some videos for editing purposes. I updated Obs and stream elements but when i close the app its says "Oops something went wrong" and crashes, idk why and idk how this works, so im gonna put the log here for help. Also...

Lately my OBS has started to crash on closing, even on safe mode, which probably mean it's not a plugin that is causing it. I can stream long time without any issues I just can't really make any changes to my obs as how it crashes on close it ignores all the changes. I attached the latest crash...

OBS crashed after I was just recording some footage, not even when I was streaming (needless to say, it crashes when I stream as well). So I decided to try running it in safe mode, but it always crashes in under an hour of recording. I uploading the crash logs here: Thanks for any help

So it's just as it sounds, i have even moved to stream labs which was all fine and cool even when i imported my settings from obs. But now that's doing the same thing in less time. i heard it might be because i'm on a ryzen 7 but i've never had issues before. My graphics driver is fully updated...
