    OBS refuses to record videos AMD h.264 encoder

    OBS refuses to use AMD h.264 encoder

    I have a laptop with ryzen 7535s with rx 6550m, and I've already updated all my drivers, but obs wont let me use the h264 encoder. using the x264 sucks, so i would prefer if I could use the hardware encoder instead. here's the log file, I notice this popping up always: [texture-amf-h264]...
