rodecaster video

Hi, anyone out there know how to fix OBS to recognize my Rodecaster Video Switcher? The weird part is that it worked fine during a live stream back in November and then last week OBS would not see the Rodecaster Video Switcher at all. I even deleted and reloaded both Rodecaster app and OBS...
