Hi everybody. I'm having a problem that I think is caused by my OBS. Every time I livestream some basic games like League of Legends, my CPU temperature spikes to 80-83°C even though the CPU load is only 40-60% (compared to around 30-40% without OBS) and the FPS drops from 140-150 to 60-90 FPS...

When I try to open obs it says "C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\VCRUNTIME140.dll is either not designed to run on Windows or it contains an error. Try installing the program again using the original installation media or contact your system administrator or the software vendor for support. Error status...

Greetings, I've recently started streaming league of legends and i noticed my bitrate drops really hard when i hop in the game itself. I've tried streaming for several weeks now but nothing change... my internet connection is stable since i can stream other games like Valorant or Brawlhalla...
