packetloss

I have had this problem for about a year now. I am able to stream any other game just fine with a bitrate of 6k. My internet speeds are good (150mpbs up/down). It's only when I try and stream fortnite my bitrate drops to zero, and I get 60% packet loss in game. I've tried running OBS as admin...
