output and monitor

    OBs need to have at least 4 options to stream: output and monitor, output only and minotor only and off.

    i don't know why would someone need to monitor his own voice on his speaker. i don't see the point. when you start talking you want to output it only. I am having that problem now. If i don't output my voice ,other program as such butt radio will not capture my voice.
