obs video settings]

Hello, I am new to OBS, and I have an eMeet S600. When I try to access the video settings, they do not appear. I would like to know if anyone knows how I can solve this?

Since updating to version 26 I have lost the ability to configure my Video settings and some Audio settings. When trying to configure Video settings I get an error message stating, "Video output is currently active. Please turn off any outputs to change video settings" However nothing is turned on.
