obs startup crash

Hello all, I feel like such a Noob! I have tried to trouble shoot to the best of my ability. I recently added a new graphics card - after which OBS continues to crash on me. The drivers are up to date. I have uninstalled and reinstalled OBS. I have attached a copy of the crash log. Any help you...
