    After update to 31.0.2 x364 encoding overloaded with same settings

    Hi. I was fixing issues with my VSD RTMP server, while I found out it was wrong Nginx setting I've update OBS (from v29 or v30 I think) to the latest one and x264 encoder starts to overload on the same and even lower settings. I'm using this plugin...
