modifier

I'm having an issue where if I am using a modifier key on OBS, then my PTT button does not work. I found this thread about OBS Classic that describes the issue and the solution: https://obsproject.com/forum/threads/push-to-talk.796/ However I cannot find the described setting in OBS Studio...
