looks like slideshow

Good afternoon people. Can someone help me? My OBS does not appear under the slideshow option sources. I've done some research on the subject and can't find anything about it.

I am trying to record a video for my YouTube channel but it is very choppy even though I record in 60fps, 1366x768p in .flv format. My CPU usage barely at 5% and I use Software (x264 low cpu usage) for my encoding. My log file is: https://pastebin.com/hhMsqDpU
